A persuasive, entertaining and well-written demolition job. I like the cut of your jib.

"Why does Professor Seto not control for enrollment size? He explains that the reason is that “per capita outcome measures are merely proxies for student quality,”"

That doesn't make any sense. Failing to adjust for school size is flat out misleding.

Good point also about how Seto is relying on the law school world of the 80s, which is misleading to a student in the 2010s.

It's also very sad but not surprising that Prof. Seto won't let you look at the data.
